Last month, the Silicon Valley Business Journal Book of Lists released its 2015 local solar installers list where Clean Solar ranked #6 overall as determined by the amount of kilowatts installed in Silicon Valley in 2014. From last year’s list, Clean Solar has increased both overall ranking from #7, as well as their ranking for amount of kilowatts installed in Silicon Valley in 2014 for specifically residential systems from #4 to #3.
For total solar systems installed in Silicon Valley in 2014, residential and commercial, Clean Solar remains at #3 but is quickly closing the gap. The company ranked #3 despite only having residential installations attribute to this ranking. Clean Solar remains the top-ranked overall exclusively residential solar installer for 2014 installations, the installer has expanded their commercial solar division in 2015.
The Silicon Valley Business Journal defines specific cities and counties to be in its Silicon Valley listing, this only reflects a portion of the kilowatts installed by Clean Solar in 2014.
This growth in 2014 parallels other Clean Solar achievements for the same period. The company was awarded The San Jose Mercury News’ “Best in Silicon Valley”, one of INC.’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies”, a “Bay Area Top Workplace”, a Solar Power World “Top 400 Solar Contractor”, as well as being certified as a B Corp.
