This marks the 4th year in a row Clean Solar is named on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies. Clean Solar was the only solar company to rank in the San Jose Metropolitan area and had an overall ranking of 4,508.
There have been tens of thousands of companies that have applied to the Inc. 5000 list over the years, but only a few actually make it; especially more than once. According to Inc. 5000, one in ten make the list four times.
This list represents America’s independent Entrepreneurs. Well-known companies such as Fitbit, Yelp, Pandora and many other brands have been honored by the Inc. 5000. This year, companies on this list have created over 613,691 jobs in the past three years. The energy industry in particular has grown 167% over the last three years.
The Inc. 5000 rankings are based on a 3 year revenue growth. On average, companies that make this list have grown six-fold since 2013. And every year, the list gets harder and harder to make.
